Custom Campaign
A blank starting point for building your own Medicare voice campaign from scratch.
Got an idea that none of the other templates cover? This is the blank canvas. Custom Campaign gives you the bones of a voice campaign with nothing filled in, so you can build exactly what you want.
Heads up: this one is basically empty. If you'd like help launching a custom campaign, just let us know.
At a glance

| Escalations | None set up yet |
What you get
- Three empty AI employees: one for daytime calls, one for after hours, and one for appointment callbacks. No script, no opening line, and no voicemail. You write all of it.
- A one-step Pulse (Pulse is the cadence of calls and texts): a single call on Day 1 with a Contact and a No Contact output, both ending the journey. No texts, and no voicemail until you write one.
- No automations: you add people yourself. See Add Customers to a Campaign.
Building it out
Write the scripts
Open the Employees tab and give each AI employee an opening line, a voicemail, and a script. See Edit Your AI with Employees.
Set up escalations
Decide what the AI can do on a call (transfer, book, or log an inquiry) in Employees > Escalations. See Escalations.
Build the cadence
Add calls, texts, and waits on the Pulse tab, and choose which call outcomes go where. See Pulse, or Edit Your Pulse with an LLM to get there faster.
Decide who gets in
Add people yourself, or set up an automation on the Automations tab. See Automations Explained.
Test and activate
Check your caller ID on the Phone Numbers tab (it calls from your agency's main number out of the box), test your campaign, then click Activate on the Overview tab. Nobody gets contacted until you do.
