Manual Appointment setting

This lead wants me to call him back tomorrow because he is at work. He has a lot of questions and could be a potential deal. I am unable to manually schedule an appointment for him on the CC calendar Zach Peter, Alex Doonanco. I am going to just put him on my outlook calendar, but for Retention that is going to be something that's important. As Brandon spoke about yesterday agents are only reaching back out to 10% of the call back request. Can we update that please.
