Custom Campaign
A blank Voice AI campaign for ACA members that you fill in with your own script and cadence.
Got an idea that none of the other templates cover? Custom Campaign is your blank slate. It gives you the pieces of a Voice AI campaign, already wired together, so you can drop in your own script and timing.
What's in it
- Three AI employees, all empty: one for daytime calls, one for after-hours callbacks, and one for appointment callbacks. Each one just has its opening line, "Hey is this [First name]?" (or "Hey thanks for calling me back is this [First name]?" when the member calls back). There's no script and no voicemail yet.
- A one-call Pulse. Pulse is the cadence of calls and texts. This one makes a single call on Day 1 and then ends the journey, whether the member picked up or it was a bad number.
- No automation, so you add people yourself until you set one up.
Making it your own
Write the script
Open the Employees tab and write what you want the AI to say, starting with the daytime employee. Fill in the after-hours and appointment callback employees too, so callbacks don't land on an empty script. See Edit Your AI with Employees.
Set up escalations
If you want the AI to transfer calls, book appointments, or log inquiries, set that up in Employees > Escalations. See Escalations.
Build the cadence
Open the Pulse tab to add more calls, heads-up texts, voicemails, and retries. See Pulse, or Edit Your Pulse with an LLM if you'd rather describe it in plain English.
Decide who gets in
Add people yourself, or set up an automation on the Automations tab. See Automations Explained.
Test it and turn it on
Test your campaign, then click Activate on the Overview tab. Until you do, the campaign is a Draft and nobody gets called.
