Custom SMS Campaign
A blank text-only campaign for ACA members that you fill in with your own message and timing.
Want to send your ACA members a text that isn't covered by another template? Custom SMS Campaign is a blank, text-only starting point. No AI calls, just texts.
What's in it
- One text on Day 1 that says "Edit your message here." That's a placeholder, so make sure you change it before you turn anything on.
- No AI employees, since there are no calls.
- No automation, so you add people yourself until you set one up.
Making it your own
Write your text
Open the Pulse tab (Pulse is the cadence of your texts) and click the text step to replace the placeholder with your message. Add more texts and waits between them if you want a series. Then click Save, then Publish. Save Draft only saves your work in progress; nobody gets your changes until you publish. See Pulse.
Decide who gets in
Add people yourself, or set up an automation on the Automations tab. See Automations Explained.
Get registered
Texts need SMS registration (10DLC) to send. Texts only go out during your business hours and between 8 AM and 9 PM in the member's time zone.
Test it and turn it on
Test your campaign, then click Activate on the Overview tab. Until you do, the campaign is a Draft and nothing goes out.
