SMS and RCS Registration

In order to send text messages and rich RCS messages programmatically within your careCycle campaigns, you need to register your campaign.

SMS Registration

Carriers require you to register your brand and use case to authorize you as a sender. Complete registration in your Settings page under SMS Settings to get your campaign approved within 3–5 business days.

RCS Messaging

RCS messaging is a powerful engagement tool for building trust and delivering richer information to members — including videos, images, and voice messages. Every RCS message can be branded with:
  • Your brand colors
  • Your logo
  • Your brand name
  • A short description of your brand
RCS messaging can be configured after completing your initial SMS registration. Once enabled, careCycle will send RCS messages by default to any eligible numbers. For numbers without RCS support, messages will automatically fall back to SMS to maximize deliverability.

Complete SMS registration

In Settings → SMS Settings, submit your brand and use case for carrier approval. Allow 3–5 business days for approval.

Enable RCS (optional)

After SMS is approved, configure RCS with your brand colors, logo, name, and description. careCycle will use RCS for eligible numbers and fall back to SMS for others.
