Configuring Holidays and Business Hours

To adhere to TCPA compliance, outbound dialing campaigns are paused on federal holidays by default. From the Settings page, you can:
  • Adjust internal holidays, company vacations, and training days under Special Hours
  • Configure your standard business hours

Important Considerations

  • Outbound dialing campaigns and campaigns with transfer destinations should only run during your business hours if you want to receive transfers.
  • Campaigns with appointments and inquiries can run 24/7 for always-on availability and speed-to-lead purposes.
