Getting Started with Cora — Your Agency’s Always-On Receptionist

When you sign up for careCycle, you get an out-of-the-box, always-on receptionist that can greet your members by first name, 24/7. For Medicare, Cora can handle plan-specific questions referencing Summary of Benefits and Evidence of Coverage details for every Medicare Advantage plan with 100% accuracy. When a member asks something outside the scope of the AI assistant, Cora escalates to you. When setting up Cora — or any other campaign — you choose how to handle each scenario.

Escalation Options

When configuring Cora (or a campaign), you can select how to escalate in each scenario:
  • Transfer — Route the call to you or your team in real time.
  • Create an appointment — Schedule a time for you to connect with the member.
  • Raise an inquiry — Capture the question for you to address on your own time.

Configure escalation preferences

In Cora or campaign settings, choose Transfer, Appointment, or Inquiry for each scenario so members are always directed the right way.
