Importing Your Book of Business

You can import your book of business into careCycle using the CSV Upload Tool, which allows you to:
  • Map CSV columns to supported fields within careCycle
  • Use AI to auto-map fields
  • Create custom fields for data that isn’t natively supported but is important for your customer service operations
careCycle also includes a built-in CSV Coding Assistant that lets you chat with your data and manipulate it in real time — useful if your data needs preparation before uploading.

How to Import

Map your columns

In the CSV Upload Tool, map each CSV column to the matching careCycle field. Use the AI auto-map option to suggest mappings.

Add custom fields (optional)

Create custom fields for any data that isn’t natively supported but you need for operations.

Prepare data with the Coding Assistant (optional)

Use the CSV Coding Assistant to chat with your data and transform it before uploading — e.g. formatting, filtering, or merging columns.

Upload

Upload your file. careCycle will validate and import your book of business.
