What is a Campaign?
A campaign in careCycle brings together a few key elements into one place:- A set of customers that meet a certain condition
- A set of AI assistants with a specific objective
- Your settings to meet that objective
Campaign Automation Triggers
Campaign automations define when and how customers enter a campaign. Triggers can be:- Time-based — e.g. X hours after enrollment date
- Event-based — e.g. a change in policy status
Pulse at a Glance
Pulse is an omnichannel workflow builder that brings all your campaign communications together in one place. Within Pulse you can set time delays, loop conditions, contact cadences, and SMS messages. Call nodes support conditional logic based on dispositions (automatically determined at the end of each call) — for example, “No Contact” can trigger SMS or redial.
