Getting Started with Campaigns

What is a Campaign?

A campaign in careCycle brings together a few key elements into one place:
  • A set of customers that meet a certain condition
  • A set of AI assistants with a specific objective
  • Your settings to meet that objective
Every campaign starts with a campaign automation that tells careCycle when to add customer records into the campaign. Example: For welcome calls, you may want to trigger a new member welcome call 24 hours after the enrollment date. You can configure this under your campaign’s Automations tab by setting the trigger to be time-based — 24 hours after enrollment date.

Campaign Automation Triggers

Campaign automations define when and how customers enter a campaign. Triggers can be:
  • Time-based — e.g. X hours after enrollment date
  • Event-based — e.g. a change in policy status
These are configured in the Automations section of each campaign.

Pulse at a Glance

Pulse is an omnichannel workflow builder that brings all your campaign communications together in one place. Within Pulse you can set time delays, loop conditions, contact cadences, and SMS messages. Call nodes support conditional logic based on dispositions (automatically determined at the end of each call) — for example, “No Contact” can trigger SMS or redial. For the full set of node types and escalation options, see the pages below.
