Appointment Callbacks

Your Appointment Callback Pulse defines careCycle’s behavior for automating contact around scheduled appointments. This can be set at the account level so all campaigns inherit the configuration. By default, when an appointment is scheduled, a dedicated appointment callback assistant will call the member at the scheduled time. Like a regular Pulse, you can configure:
  • Appointment confirmation texts — Sent when the appointment is booked.
  • Pre-appointment reminder texts — Sent before the scheduled time.
  • Warm transfer — Optionally connect the member directly to a specified transfer destination once they’re on the line.
This saves you and your team time getting back in touch with members for scheduled appointments.

No-Show Handling

If a member misses their appointment, the Appointment Callback Pulse lets you define follow-up behavior such as missed appointment SMS messages or subsequent call attempts to reschedule.
