Why CRM Connections Matter

CRM connections are critical for keeping your careCycle customer and policy data up to date at all times — whether that means updated book of business reports from carriers, changes in policy status, or new members enrolled since your initial import. Keeping your data in sync ensures that when a member calls, your assistants can greet them by first name and reference relevant plan data when answering questions or serving inquiries.
