Connect Your Calendar
Connect personal calendars so careCycle sees outside conflicts when booking appointments.
careCycle books appointments using its own availability rules (your booking hours, appointment lengths, and limits from Appointment Settings), so booking works even without a connected calendar.
Connecting a calendar makes booking smarter: careCycle can see each team member's personal-calendar conflicts, so members are never offered a time their agent cannot make. Appointments also show up directly in careCycle and in your calendar of choice.
Currently Supported
Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook are supported.

Setup
Each team member connects their own calendar from Settings > Integrations. We recommend everyone who takes appointments connects theirs, so the AI employee can see their real availability and create events on their calendar.
