# Connect Your CRM (/docs/guides/getting-set-up/connect-your-crm)

Your first import gets your book into careCycle. Connecting your CRM (or your
enrollment platform) keeps it current after that: new enrollments, policy
status changes, and everything else that happens after day one.

That matters more than it sounds. Up-to-date data is what lets your AI
employees greet members by name and talk about their actual plan, and it's
what fires your automations. A Win-Back can't start if careCycle never hears
the policy went to Future Cancel.

What's on Settings > Integrations [#whats-on-settings--integrations]

Go to **Settings > Integrations**. Here's what you'll find today:

| Card | What it does | Who sets it up |
| --------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | -------------------------- |
| **Spark** | Receives book-of-business updates from Spark: policy status changes and new policies sold. | Admin, once for the agency |
| **ConnectureDRX** | Receives enrollment data from PlanCompare after your agents submit Medicare applications. | Admin, once for the agency |
| **PlanCompare Account** | Lets you start enrollments in PlanCompare right from careCycle. | Each agent |
| **HealthSherpa Webhook** | Receives enrollment data when your agents submit applications in HealthSherpa. | Admin, once for the agency |
| **HealthSherpa Account** | Lets you quote and enroll customers in HealthSherpa right from careCycle. | Each agent |
| **Google Calendar** and **Microsoft Outlook** | Sync appointments with your calendar. See [Connect Your Calendar](/docs/guides/getting-set-up/connect-your-external-calendar). | Each person |

The agency-wide connections (Spark, ConnectureDRX, and the HealthSherpa
Webhook) need developer settings access, which Owners and Admins have. If you
don't have it, you'll see **Admin only** on the card, or the Spark card won't
show up at all.

Spark [#spark]

Click **Connect to Spark**, then **Generate webhook URL**. Then in Spark:

1. **Log in to Spark** at
   [platform.sparkadvisors.com](https://platform.sparkadvisors.com).
2. **Open Manage platform data.** In the Spark Back Office, go to **Back
   Office > Manage platform data**.
3. **Add the webhook URL.** Click **Add Webhook URL** and paste in the URL
   from careCycle.
4. **Test the connection.** Click **Test URL** in Spark to send a sample and
   make sure it's working.

Good to know:

* Spark only sends contacts with an **active or pending** policy.
* Updates usually show up within a few seconds.
* If you're an LOA Agency Principal, you have to invite all your agents to the
LOA platform for updates to come through for the whole agency.

ConnectureDRX (PlanCompare) [#connecturedrx-plancompare]

Click **Set up** on the **ConnectureDRX** card and generate your webhook URL.
Send it to your ConnectureDRX customer success rep, and they'll hook it up on
their end. That's it.

From then on, when an agent completes a Medicare enrollment in PlanCompare
ONE, PlanCompare Edge, or PlanCompare Edge for Agents, careCycle matches it to
an existing customer (by MBI, name, or date of birth) or creates a new one,
and adds the policy as **Pending** with the plan details filled in. Duplicate
enrollments (same confirmation number) are ignored.

The **PlanCompare Account** card is separate. It's for agents to start
enrollments from careCycle. If it says **Not available**, the integration
hasn't been turned on for your agency yet, so reach out to us.

HealthSherpa [#healthsherpa]

HealthSherpa has two halves, the webhook (enrollments come in) and each
agent's account (quoting goes out). The full walkthrough is in [Connect
HealthSherpa](/docs/guides/getting-set-up/connect-healthsherpa).

Don't see your CRM? [#dont-see-your-crm]

If your CRM isn't on the list (MedicarePRO, GoGuru, AgencyBloc, and so on),
you've got two options:

* **Import a CSV.** Export from your CRM and bring it in through **Import
Contacts**. You can re-import any time to update people. See [Keep Policy
  Data Current](/docs/guides/keep-your-members/keep-policy-data-current).
* **Ask us.** Email [integrations@carecycle.ai](mailto:integrations@carecycle.ai)
and tell us which CRM you use. That's how new integrations get on our list.

Enterprise and custom CRMs [#enterprise-and-custom-crms]

Running a custom Salesforce, BigQuery, HubSpot, or home-grown system? You can
push your data straight into careCycle with our sync API. Look over the sync
endpoints, then talk to your careCycle account manager to scope it out.

* [Medicare Sync](/docs/api-reference/sync/sync-medicare-customers-and-policies)
* [ACA Sync](/docs/api-reference/sync/sync-aca-customers-and-policies)

You'll need an API key, which you create at **Settings > Developer > API
Keys**. See [API Keys](/docs/guides/developers/api-keys).
