Put a tag on a customer. Choose the customer with their ID in the URL, and send the tag's name in the body. If your organization doesn't have a tag with that name yet, it's created. Capital letters don't matter, so "VIP" and "vip" are the same tag. Adding a tag the customer already has changes nothing.
